   He always sings - may dance on occassion - and last weekend, Paul Craver left audiences at OD Golf and Beach Resort wondering just what he'll do next.
   Craver deejayed for several hours Friday afternoon ou the Resort's deck, then moved the party inside OD Beach Club Saturday night. The former event provided some cool entertainment on an otherwise hot Grand Strand day for the Resort's beachcombers; the latter drew a good bit of interest from losal Carolina Beach Music enthusiasts as well as tourists.
   Leah Bivens was in town with family for the weekend and couldn't believe her luck when she learned of Craver's scheduled appearances.
   "I saw the announcement today when I was at Judys's House of Oldies, and I told my husband we had to come up here tonight to see this," she said during the Saturday night event.
   Bivens and a number of other OD Beach Club patrons took to the floor for shag and line dancing while Craver played hits covering early classics from greats like The Platters and Etta James to recent chart climbers like The Inmen and King Tyrone & the Graveyard Ramblers.
   In addition, the artist filled several requests, which included two live performances of his own "Emperor of My Baby's Heart" as well as a classy rendition of the well-known Mills Brothers' tune, "A Donut and a Dream."
   The weekend's entertainment marked another chapter in the Southern Soul Concert Series with OD Resort..
   On Sunday, Craver was one of more than 200 artists onhand in Dunn, NC,  to perform during a benefit concert for legendary vocalist Billy Scott.
